California, June 15 (EFE).- A B-52 Stratofortress bomber crashed Monday shortly after takeoff from a US air base in California, bursting into flames with eight people on board, authorities said, adding that the crash was “unsurvivable.”The Stratofortress was carrying out a routine test mission and crashed shortly after takeoff from Edwards Air Force Base at 11.20 am local time, the base said on social media.
