‘¡¡¡Qué pasa tronco!!!’ pincho wins Golden Apron at La Rioja contest

Logroño, Mar. 17 (EFE).- The ‘¡¡¡Qué pasa tronco!!!’ pincho, made with gyoza dough, La Rioja cabbage and wild milk cap mushrooms and served on a small decorative log, won the Golden Apron on Tuesday at the 24th La Rioja Pincho Contest.

The Nájera restaurant Meraki Gastrobar took the award after a day of live cooking in which ten finalists competed.
