Sun-dried tomato production in Tebourba

Tebourba, Jul 17 (EFE).— Tunisian farmers are producing sun-dried tomatoes in Tebourba by cutting harvested tomatoes in half and laying them out on white sheets to dry under the sun. The tomatoes are then salted and left to dry for about a week before being collected and stored in cold chambers.
