Second dead whale found off Buenos Aires coast in under a week

Buenos Aires, Jul 15 (EFE).- A Sei whale approximately six meters long was found lifeless Tuesday off the coast of Buenos Aires, marking the second dead whale discovered in the Río de la Plata in less than a week.
