A sailboat has been stranded since Saturday on Saler beach, Valencia

València, Jul 15 (EFE) - A sailboat has been stranded since last Saturday on the beach of El Saler, in Valencia, without any crew on board, and that same day the Guardia Civil and Maritime Rescue tried to tow it without success, so now its owner must submit to Capitanía Marítima de Valencia a refloating plan.
