Protests erupt in Pakistan following killing of prominent cleric Maulana Idrees

Chaman, Pakistan, May 6 (EFE/EPA).- Supporters of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) political party rallied in Chaman on Wednesday to protest the killing of prominent cleric Maulana Idrees.

JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has called for nationwide demonstrations on May 6 and May 8 following the assassination of the cleric in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. (Camera: AKHTAR GULFAM).
