Panama proposes compensation for those affected by potholes and bumps on its roads

Panama City, Jul 17 (EFE).- Potholes, bumps, and uncovered manholes put drivers traveling on Panama's deteriorated roads at risk, under scrutiny with a new bill that proposes that the state compensate those affected with up to $10,000, who until now had to bear the cost of such damage.
