Mexico to review suspension of Spanish pork imports following ASF outbreak

Mexico City, Mar 13 (EFE).- Spanish Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food Luis Planas stated on Friday that the Mexican government will review the suspension of pork imports from Spain, which was decreed at the end of 2025 following an African swine fever (ASF) outbreak.

Planas expressed confidence that the measure could be lifted given the current trend of the cases. (Camera: AMARANTA MARENTES).
