Mexican heritage celebrated during Cinco de Mayo in Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, USA, May 5 (EFE).— The Mexican community in Los Angeles celebrated Cinco de Mayo on Tuesday, commemorating Mexico’s victory over French forces in the Battle of Puebla.

Residents gathered for festivities honouring Mexican culture and heritage during one of the most recognised celebrations among the Latino community in the United States.
