Latin America and Africa bet on cooperation to 'offer solutions to the world'

Bogotá, Mar. 18 (EFE).- Latin America, the Caribbean, and Africa can “offer solutions to the world” if they act together, said Colombian Vice President Francia Márquez on Wednesday as she opened the CELAC–Africa High-Level Forum in Bogotá, where leaders and delegates committed to strengthening bi-regional cooperation in a changing global context.
