At least 21 killed, dozens injured in Chinese fireworks factory explosion

Hunan, China, May 5 (EFE).- At least 21 people were killed and 61 others injured in an explosion at a fireworks factory in China's central Hunan province, state television CCTV reported Tuesday.

The blast occurred around 4.43pm local time on Monday at a workshop belonging to Huasheng, a company that manufactures and displays fireworks, located in Liuyang municipality, under the jurisdiction of the provincial capital, Changsha, according to CCTV. (Camera: HANDOUT).
