Germany dismantles a chairlift in Zugspitze due to changes in the glacier's terrain

Garmisch-Partenkirchen (Germany), Mar 20 (EFE).- Specialized teams with heavy machinery removed this Friday the Schneefernerkopf chairlift at the Zugspitze ski resort, near Garmisch-Partenkirchen, which is being completely dismantled due to changes in the glacier terrain that have made its safe operation unviable.
