Freed Venezuelan prisoner: “There are disappeared people here with names and surnames”

Caracas, March 21 (EFE).- The Network of Those Released for Democracy (RED), a group of recently released opposition members in Venezuela, submitted a list of political prisoners to Parliament so that their cases can be reviewed and they may receive amnesty, former deputy Américo De Grazia reported on Saturday.

STATEMENTS BY AMÉRICO DE GRAZIA, RECENTLY RELEASED FORMER CONGRESSMAN.

TRANSLATION:

“There are a lot of prisoners here, there are disappeared persons here, including those who have names and surnames, and whom, of course, we also presented yesterday to the commission duly chaired by Dr. Tamara Sujú. We are talking about at least five disappeared persons: Hugo Marino Salas, Víctor Quero Navas, Alcides Mora, Esneider, and Eliecer Vergel.”
