Bolivians vote in first regional elections of the new political cycle with no clear front-runner

La Paz, Mar. 21 (EFE).- More than 7.4 million Bolivians are called to vote this Sunday in the first regional elections of the new political cycle under the government of Rodrigo Paz, in a fragmented political landscape with no clear frontrunner for the election of 5,432 positions, including nine governors and 335 mayors.
