Animal rights activists stage protest in Madrid as Vivotecnia trial concludes

Madrid, May 8 (EFE).- The oral proceedings in the Vivotecnia case will conclude on Friday in Madrid, with the defendants—two technicians from this research laboratory—scheduled to appear in court. The prosecution is seeking prison sentences of one year and eleven months, respectively, for animal cruelty.
