75th edition of Granada International Music and Dance Festival kicks off

Granada, Spain, Jun 14 (EFE).- The Andalusian Flamenco Ballet presented the show “Flamenco Patrimonio,” marking the start of the dance program for the 75th edition of the Granada International Music and Dance Festival.

Under the direction of Granada-born dancer and choreographer Patricia Guerrero, the Andalusian company headlined this traditional flamenco gala on Saturday night to benefit the Queen Sofia Foundation with its latest production, a show that celebrates the memory, transmission, and enduring relevance of flamenco as one of the main hallmarks of Andalusia’s cultural identity.
