Bogotá, March 21 (EFE).- Colombian President Gustavo Petro handed over the pro tempore presidency of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) to his Uruguayan counterpart, Yamandú Orsi, this Saturday in Bogotá.

Bogotá, Mar. 21 (EFE).- The countries of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) and 19 African representatives are meeting this Saturday in Bogotá to reinforce their commitment to South-South cooperation, in a session marked by a call for “reconnection” between both regions and the search for a joint development agenda.
