Moroccan workers in Torre Pacheco say they feel fear after racist riots

Torre Pacheco (Murcia), Jul 16 (EFE). - The racist riots in Torre Pacheco, which began after the assault of a 68-year-old man last week, have generated a climate of “fear” among the Moroccan community in the town, according to some workers of foreign origin dedicated to agricultural activity in the area.

Guards continue to restrict access to Torre Pacheco after six nights of unrest

Torre Pacheco (Murcia), Jul 16 (EFE). - The Civil Guard and the local police of Torre Pacheco have again deployed Wednesday an intense surveillance device on road access to the Murcian town hours before the sixth night since the violent racist riots began.
