El Alto (Bolivia), Jul 13 (EFE).— Students and professors from a public university in Bolivia have built the ‘Katari MRC5,’ an electric vehicle powered by a lithium battery made in the country. The team aims to improve the prototype so that it could one day become a viable alternative to combustion engine cars.
