Warning strike halts passenger flights at Berlin Brandenburg Airport
Berlin (Germany), 18/03/2026.- A passenger waits at Terminal 1 of Berlin Brandenburg Airport in Schoenefeld, Germany, 18 March 2026. Passenger flight operations were completely suspended due to a one-day warning strike by the Verdi union. According to the airport operator, the strike affects 445 departures and arrivals and around 57,000 passengers.
