Spirit Airlines wind-down operations
ATLANTA (United States), 02/05/2026.- (FILE) - A departing Spirit Airlines aircraft taxis to a runway at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, 18 November 2024 (reissued 02 May 2026). The airline posted a statement on their website that on 02 May 2026, it will start an orderly wind-down of their operations with immediate effect and passemgers were told that all flights have been cancelled.
